ACCESS TO PROPERTIES ADJOINING THE WORK AND INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS. 3.15.1 The Contractor shall provide, at all times and at no extra cost to the Owner and without extension of the Contract Time, access to fire hydrants, water and gas valves, and all other Utilities and Structures and access to any existing equipment located at the Site which remains in operation by the Owner over the duration of the Project. The operation of any such Utilities and Structures and equipment shall take precedence over the Work in the case of conflicts. 3.15.2 The Contractor acknowledges that during the term of the Contract, the Place of the Work and the area in the vicinity of the Place of the Work may be occupied by the Owner and other Persons and that, if so occupied, such Persons will continue to carry out their normal operation and use of Place of the Work and shall be allowed to maintain their services and business continuity. The Contractor shall perform the Work in the least intrusive manner possible so as to avoid interfering with any such operations in the vicinity of the Work. The Contractor shall not disrupt the use or enjoyment of the Place of the Work and the vicinity by the Owner and other Persons.
