Account Managers. Each Party will assign an account manager (which manager shall be subject to change from time to time by the assigning Party upon written notice to the other Party) to facilitate coordination of the Parties' performance of their obligations hereunder (including, without limitation, in the creation and monitoring of the Advertising Placements).
Account Managers. Contractor shall designate Contractor’s primary account manager (“Account Manager”) dedicated to the Department. The Account Manager (or designee) shall be available to the Department from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. The Account Manager must have sufficient experience and authority to resolve any conflicts arising from the delivery of Services under this Contract.

(c) monitoring Client's level of satisfaction with eFunds' services and continuously evaluating potential improvements of service quality; and
(d) coordinating the required modifications and associated approvals to any changes in this Agreement to which the parties may agree
Account Managers. (a) Each Party will assign one (1) dedicated account manager with the experience and status equivalent to an on-line business manager, as well as one (1) dedicated merchandising manager. The work time and energies of Licensor's managers shall be devoted entirely to the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Site. All managers shall be subject to change from time to time by the assigning Party upon written notice to the other Party. Such managers shall oversee the performance of the Party's respective obligations under this Agreement. It is anticipated that the account managers shall meet at least once every month (or with such other frequency as may be mutually agreed upon) during the Term to review the implementation of this Agreement and to explore methods for improving performance.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), until December 31, 2001, Licensor shall furnish at least two (2) account managers. Licensor's obligation to provide two (2) managers shall cease as of December 31, 2001. [*].
Account Managers. 1. For any Specific Agreement, each Party shall appoint one account manager with overall responsibility for the performance of the Specific Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Account Manager”). The Account Manager will each time be specified in the Specific Agreement.
2. Each Party may replace its Account Manager upon prior written notice to the other Party. Each Party may appoint one or more representatives of its Account Manager for the performance of one or more tasks of the Account Manager.

Account Managers. (a) GT will designate one person as the Account Manager for Company under this Agreement. The Account Manager shall be the primary contact for all matters arising under this Agreement and shall be primarily responsible for the delivery of services and the daily management and decision making responsibility.
(b) Company will designate one senior level person as the primary contract for GT under this Agreement. This person shall have authority to make daily decisions, shall be the primary contact for all matters arising under this Agreement, shall have signature authority, shall facilitate payments due from Company, and shall facilitate work with and assistance by Company's reservations system vendor.
Account Managers. Each Party agrees to assign an account manager to facilitate the communication between the Parties and to monitor the progression of each Party’s obligations under the Agreement. The assignment of each account manager will be in the sole discretion of the assigning Party. Each Party, through the account managers, agrees to monthly meetings and/or conference calls to review the status of the Solution and the other obligations under the Agreement and address any issues that might arise.
Account Managers. Each party will designate a single point of contact within its organization to manage the relationship established by this Agreement (“Account Manager”). Either party may change its Account Manager by providing written notice to the other party. The Account Managers will meet as necessary to discuss the business relationship and manage the activities contemplated by this Agreement. Disputes that cannot be resolved by the Account Managers will be escalated to more senior executives for resolution.
Account Managers. Liberty shall appoint ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the individual who shall be in charge of the Base Services and the Additional Services (the "Account Manager"). In addition, Liberty shall appoint ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the program manager responsible for supervision of all technical aspects of the Software Customization Services, Data Conversion Services and Data Processing Services. Liberty shall (1) assign ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to work on a dedicated full-time, first priority basis under this Agreement, (2) provide UFL with as much notice as possible of any change in the identity of the Account Manager, (3) not reassign the Account Manager during the first year of the Term, or ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ at any time prior to the completion of the Data Conversion Services, and (4) use its best efforts to cause any transition of either ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the Account Manager to be orderly and efficient.
