Dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager shall serve as the Central Point of Contact and have the authority to negotiate the Contract between the State and Contractor. The Account Manager can also act as the Account Coordinator, if needed. • Sales Manager - The Sales Manager shall be responsible for assisting the account with sales and account maintenance. • Customer Service Team - The Customer Service Team shall be responsible for fulfilling service requests and ensuring service level compliance. This team shall remain in place throughout the full contract term.
