Account Reviews. 26.1 We regularly review accounts to ensure they are supported by the required documentation, such as (but not limited to) copies of Identity Documents, proof of residential address and other essential documents and related parties. From time to time, we may ask to see this documentation and if you do not respond, you will not be able to process any transactions until we receive the required information/documentation. Failure to respond to our correspondence may also result in a notice of account closure and charges. Refer to clause 18.4 (iii) for more details 26.2 In cases where you have a fixed term deposit and not responded to a request for information/documentation, this may result of the non- renewal of your fixed term on maturity.
