Common use of Accountability and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Accountability and Reporting. The NCGRL will comply with all direct and indirect accountability and reporting requirements imposed legislatively or through agreements entered into by, or on behalf of, the NCGRL. These agreements include, but are not limited to: The Local Government ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. The Regional Library Agreement. The Funding and Service Agreements between the NCGRL and the Department of Planning and Community Development. This Service and Funding Agreement.
