Accountability and Reporting. The Joint Board Oversight Committee shall report and be accountable to the Governance Committees of the Parties’ boards of directors. Amendment These Terms of Reference shall be amended only with the written agreement of the Parties. These Terms of Reference will be reviewed annually by the Joint Board Oversight Committee which will make any recommendation for changes in these Terms of Reference to the Governance Committee of each Party for further recommendation to and approval by the board of each Party.
