Rates and Payment of Interest on Loans (a) Rates. The Borrowers promise to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Loan made by such Lender for the period from and including the date of the making of such Loan to but excluding the date such Loan shall be paid in full, at the following per annum rates: (i) during such periods as such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, at the Base Rate (as in effect from time to time) plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "Base Rate Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin, it being acknowledged that the Applicable Margin is a negative number, the addition of which will result in an interest rate applicable to Base Rate Loans which is lower than the corresponding Base Rate); (ii) during such periods as such Loan (other than a Competitive Advance) is a LIBOR Loan, at the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Loan for the Interest Period therefor plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "LIBOR Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin); and (iii) with respect to each Competitive Advance, at the margin over the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate determined pursuant to Section 2.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrowers shall pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest at the Post-Default Rate on the outstanding principal amount of any Loan made by such Lender, on all Reimbursement Obligations and on any other amount payable by the Borrowers hereunder or under the Notes held by such Lender to or for the account of such Lender (including without limitation, accrued but unpaid interest to the extent permitted under Applicable Law).
Interest on Unpaid Balances Interest on any unpaid amount (including amounts placed in escrow) shall be calculated in accordance with the method specified for interest on refunds in the Commission’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. § 35.19a (a)(2)(iii). Interest on unpaid amounts shall be calculated from the due date of the ▇▇▇▇ to the date of payment. Invoices shall be considered as having been paid on the date of receipt of payment.
Interest on Unpaid Amounts Any amount which has become payable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any decision by arbitrators or judgment by a court of law pursuant to this Section 11 but which has not been timely paid shall bear interest at the prime rate in effect at the time such amount first becomes payable, as quoted by the Bank, except as otherwise provided in Sections 5(g), 6(d) and 7(g) of this Agreement (concerning interest payable with respect to certain delayed payments that are subject to Section 409A of the Code).
Interest on Delinquent Payments Without waiving any other right or action available to Authority, in the event of default of Company's payment of Rents or other charges hereunder, and in the event Company is delinquent in paying to Authority any Rents or other charges for a period of five (5) days after the payment is due, Authority reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon from the date the Rents or other charges became due to the date of payment at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.
INTEREST ON PAST-DUE OBLIGATIONS Except as expressly herein provided, any amount due to Lessor not paid when due shall bear interest at the maximum rate then allowable by law from the date due. Payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Lessee under this Lease, provided, however, that interest shall not be payable on late charges incurred by Lessee nor on any amounts upon which late charges are paid by Lessee.
