Common use of Accuracy of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information. All information heretofore furnished by Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.

Accuracy of Information. All information heretofore furnished by such Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by such Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.

Accuracy of Information. All information heretofore furnished by such Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by such Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading.

All information heretofore furnished by Originator such Transferor or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by Originator such Transferor or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein therein, taken as a whole, not misleading.

All information heretofore furnished by Originator Seller or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent, the Managing Agents or its assigns) the Purchasers for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by Originator Seller or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent, the Managing Agents or its assigns) the Purchasers will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.

All information heretofore furnished by Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement untrue statement of fact or omit to state a material fact or omit any material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements contained therein made therein, in light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleadingmisleading as of the time when made or delivered.

All information heretofore furnished in writing by Originator the Seller or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent or its assigns) the Purchasers for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished in writing by Originator the Seller or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent or its assigns) the Purchasers will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading.

All information heretofore furnished in writing by Originator the Servicer or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent or its assigns) the Purchasers for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished furnished, in writing, by Originator the Servicer or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Agent or its assigns) the Purchasers will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleadingmisleading in any material respect.

All information heretofore furnished by Originator it or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Buyer, the Agent, North Coast or its assigns) the Surety Provider or the Purchaser for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by such Originator or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (the Buyer, the Agent, North Coast or its assigns) the Surety Provider will be, true and accurate in every material respect respect, on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.

All information heretofore furnished by Originator Morningstar or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement, any of the other Transaction Documents or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby is, and all such information hereafter furnished by Originator Morningstar or any of its Affiliates to Buyer (or its assigns) will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date such information is stated or certified and does not and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleadingmisleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.

Accuracy of Information.
