Common use of Action on Instructions Clause in Contracts

Action on Instructions. The Administrative Agent shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting, under this Agreement or the Note or any other instrument or document in connection herewith or therewith in accordance with instructions in writing from the Majority Banks (or, if required, all Banks or Supermajority Banks, as the case may be).

Action on Instructions. The Administrative Agent shall be required to act and shall be fully protected in so acting and shall be entitled to act or refrain from acting, and in all cases shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from so acting, under this Agreement or Agreement, the Note Notes, the other Loan Documents or any other instrument or document executed or delivered in connection herewith or therewith therewith, in accordance with written instructions in writing from the Majority Banks (Required Lenders or, if required, all Banks or Supermajority Banks, as in the case may be)of the matters set forth in items (a) through (g) of Section 10.2, from all of the Lenders.
