Common use of Addition/Deletion Clause in Contracts

Addition/Deletion. The Parties agree that the Agency reserves the right to add or to delete any of the services required under this Agreement when deemed to be in the Agency’s best interest and reduced to a written amendment signed by both Parties. The Parties shall negotiate compensation for any additional services added.
