Additional Classes. In the event that the Board of Directors determines a Fund shall issue any additional classes of shares, the Corporation and the Investment Manager may enter into an addendum setting forth the name of the class(es), the fee schedule for each and such other terms and conditions as are applicable to the management of such class(es).
Additional Classes. Any teacher who agrees to teach an additional class during the teacher’s preparation period as shown on the annual master schedule will be paid an additional one-eighth (1/8) of the teacher’s annual salary for teaching such additional class.

Additional Classes a. The following standards shall be used for the purpose of defining the FTE for a secondary teacher. A secondary teacher shall be considered as 1.0 FTE if the teacher teaches five 50 to 60 minute classes per day for the entire school year. Secondary teachers who are contracted for fewer than five 50 to 60 minute classes per day shall be given a fractional FTE which shall be prorated from these standards. Teachers who teach during the regular course of their work day one extra class beyond a 1.0 FTE, shall be paid in the following manner: For the purpose of computing compensation, each extra 50 to 60 minute class taught per day, the teacher shall receive 1/5th of one day of the teacher‘s regular contracted base salary.
Additional Classes. Section 1. The rate for taking an additional class when it is impossible to obtain a substitute shall be $25.00 for the duration of the contract. Section 2. If an additional class is added to a study hall or other class, the certificated teacher will be paid $25.00 for the duration of this contract. Section 3. Substituting in the middle and elementary schools. A. Teachers will be paid $25.00 per class period for teaching during scheduled periods of art, music, physical education, or during the teacher’s lunch period for the duration of the contract. B. Hours assigned beyond the individual teaching contract shall not be deemed to permanently increase the teacher's equivalency and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Additional Classes. If the Fund establishes one or more classes of Shares after the effectiveness of this Agreement, such classes of Shares, as the case may be, shall become classes under this Agreement. However, either GFS or the Fund may elect in writing not to make any such classes subject to this Agreement.
