ADDITIONAL EARLY RETIREMENT ELIGIBILITY. Unit members may also apply for early retirement if they have twenty-five (25) years of credited service and have reached age 50 pursuant to applicable STRS regulations and legal requirements. Retiree fringe benefits will only be provided under the applicable contract provisions.
