Additional Interest Payments Sample Clauses

The Additional Interest Payments clause requires one party to pay extra interest amounts beyond the standard rate under certain specified conditions. Typically, this clause applies if there is a default, late payment, or other triggering event, resulting in an increased interest rate or penalty interest being charged on outstanding amounts. Its core function is to incentivize timely payments and compensate the non-breaching party for the additional risk or administrative burden caused by delays or defaults.
