Additional Service Requirements. Grantee shall: 1. Comply with all applicable rules in the TAC for SUD Programs as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines Information, Rules, and Regulations. 2. Deliver and provide access to services at times and locations that meet the needs of the target population. Provide or arrange for transportation to all required services not provided at Grantee’s facility.
