Substance Use. (a) All state laws and the published College Housing and College policies pertaining to alcohol use will apply. All residents in possession of alcohol should have age-bearing and picture identification at all times. 1. Student rooms where both residents are under the legal drinking age of 21 must be alcohol free at all times. Guests who are of legal drinking age may not consume alcohol in these rooms. 2. Empty alcoholic beverage containers are not allowed in your room if you are under the age of 21 unless they are decorated as a craft. 3. No person under the age of 21 may store, possess, be in the presence of, or consume alcoholic beverages in College housing facilities or host a party where alcohol is present. 4. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by residents who are at least 21 years of age in their room or by their guests who must also be at least 21 years of age. 5. If you are 21 or older, but your roommate is under 21, only you may possess or consume alcohol in your room. 6. No person may provide alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age. 7. Any person in possession of alcohol can be expected to be asked for identification. 8. Alcoholic beverages or empty alcoholic beverage containers are not allowed in common areas of halls. 9. Common sources of alcohol are not permitted and can result in dismissal from college residence halls, apartment buildings or college houses on the first offense. Common sources of alcohol are all containers (kegs, barrels, mixes in large containers, bowls, etc.) where the alcohol is intended to be served to multiple people. 10. Alcoholic beverages may not be brewed or distilled in College housing facilities. 11. Residents under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, regardless of age, will not be allowed to participate in College housing sponsored programs. 12. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed by residents and their guest(s) at College Housing sponsored events. 13. If your guest(s) are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, they will be asked to leave the premises. 14. Alcohol may not be consumed on grounds adjacent to the College residence halls, apartments, or houses. 15. Students who are transported to the hospital to detox can expect to have their parents/guardians contacted. (b) The possession, use, or intent to deliver narcotics, dangerous drugs, or marijuana is prohibited. Substance Use. Disorder (SUD) means condition in which the use of one or more substances 7 leads to a clinically significant impairment or distress per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental 8 Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5)

Substance Use. The use of substances is contrary to productive work in therapy. If you arrive for your appointment intoxicated or high, the session may be terminated and you will be billed for the time.

Any “use” will result in an immediate meeting to discuss / address your needs and recovery options (up to and including possible termination of lease agreement). I understand that the use of any such medication, whether it is prescribed or not, could result in my termination from Recovery Court. 3.06 I agree to inform any pharmacist or medical professional from whom I seek treatment or medication about my participation in Recovery Court. 3.07 I agree to notify my probation officer and case manager of any prescription or over-the- counter medication that I plan to take before taking the substance. 3.08 I agree not to enter any establishment with a primary function of selling alcohol or gambling. I understand that casinos, grocery store liquor sections, bars, and packaged liquor stores are off limits to me and, if I am found to be in one of these places, I will be sanctioned.

Substance Use. The standard of conduct is centered on reasonable and responsible substance consumption. During the course of the Convention, substance use is permitted to the extent that a reasonable person would consume in the same circumstances. Substance misuse, however, will not be tolerated in any capacity. Any person found to be engaging in substance misuse may be suspended from the Convention without reimbursement of registration or other Convention related fees, and/or may be prohibited from future attendance at PDAC events.

Substance Use. We expect you to be sober and not under the influence of alcohol and/or recreational drugs during your therapy sessions. If you attend a session under the influence, your therapist will end the session and you will not be refunded for it. Furthermore, your therapist may reassess the feasibility of continuing your work together.
