Common use of Additional Services or Service Locations Clause in Contracts

Additional Services or Service Locations. If, during the term of this Agreement, CenturyTel desires to provide to ACC and ACC desires to purchase from CenturyTel, or ACC desires to provide to CenturyTel and CenturyTel desires to purchase from ACC, additional services in the State, or existing services in new locations in the State, CenturyTel shall prepare a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide them to CenturyTel. The Appendix A shall be signed by CenturyTel’s authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of ACC, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

Additional Services or Service Locations. If, during the term of this Agreement, CenturyTel GTE desires to provide to ACC Centennial and ACC Centennial desires to purchase from CenturyTelGTE, or ACC Centennial desires to provide to CenturyTel GTE and CenturyTel GTE desires to purchase from ACCCentennial, additional services in the State, or existing services Services in new locations in the State, CenturyTel GTE shall prepare complete a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide them to CenturyTelCentennial. The Appendix A shall be signed by CenturyTel’s GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of ACCCentennial, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.
