Common use of Additional Services or Service Locations Clause in Contracts

Additional Services or Service Locations. If, during the term of this Agreement, GTE desires to provide to Horizon and Horizon desires to purchase from GTE, or Horizon desires to provide to GTE and GTE desires to purchase from Horizon, additional services in the State, or existing Services in new locations in the State, GTE shall complete a new Appendix A Service Matrix and Appendix B Service Attachment(s) and provide to Horizon. The Appendix A shall be signed by GTE's authorized Account Manager and an authorized representative of Horizon, applied to this agreement, and thereby made wholly a part of and subject to this Agreement. Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.
