Common use of Additional Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Additional Sick Leave. After expiration of paid sick leave, an employee who is ill or injured 970 may, upon request, use accumulated vacation or compensatory time, to 971 avoid leave without pay.

Additional Sick Leave. After expiration of paid sick leave, an employee who is ill or 924 injured 970 may, upon request, use accumulated vacation or compensatory time, to 971 avoid 925 leave without pay.
