Common use of Additional Subscription Clause in Contracts

Additional Subscription. If at the end of a Quarter the average number of Employees in that Quarter is higher than the Contracted Number of Employees (stated in the Order Form), the Supplier reserves the right to raise an invoice for the Additional Subscription for that Quarter. The Additional Subscription for each Quarter will be calculated by multiplying the average number of Employees in that Quarter in excess of the Contracted Number by the Subscription per Employee per Month and multiplying by three (3).
