Common use of ADDITIONAL TENANTS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL TENANTS. No new tenant is allowed to be added to this lease unless approved by Owner/Manager and agreed upon in writing. Tenant is subject to Unauthorized Occupant Fees (see Fee Addendum) for violation of this provision. If Owner/Manager approves Tenant’s ability to add a new tenant, such prospective new tenant is subject to all application procedures of Owner/Manager and is subject to denial depending upon the results.

ADDITIONAL TENANTS. No new tenant is allowed to be added to this lease unless approved by Owner/Manager and agreed upon in writing. If Tenant is subject to violates this provision, Tenant shall pay an Unauthorized Occupant Fees (see Fee Addendum) pursuant to the Fee Addendum for violation the added burden on Manager of this provisionmanaging the property with unauthorized occupants and/or curing the lease violation. If Owner/Manager approves Tenant’s ability to add adding a new tenant, such each prospective new tenant is subject to all of Manager’s application procedures of Owner/Manager and is subject to denial depending upon the resultsqualification.
