ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 7.1. If the Customer organisation wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the customer shall notify the Contractor as soon as possible. 7.2. Upon agreement to supply additional user subscriptions the customer will pay the additional invoice within 30 days of receipt to ensure that the extra user licences can be activated.

ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 4.1 Subject to Clause 4.2, you may, from time to time during the Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions, subject to payment of our then prevailing rates. 4.2 You shall, within 30 days of the date of our invoice, pay to us the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions.

ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 3.1 Subject to 3.2 and 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. 3.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing. The Supplier shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Where the Supplier approves the request, the Supplier shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within 5 days of its approval of the Customer's request. 3.3 If the Supplier approves the Customer's request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 days of the date of the Supplier's invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in 2 of Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).

Upon approval the Supplier shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within 14 days of the Customer‘s request. 3.3 If the Supplier approves the Customer‘s request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 days of the date of the Supplier‘s invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Subscription Term such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Subscription Term.

We shall evaluate such request for Additional Users and respond to you with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). 3.3 If we approve your request to purchase Additional Users, you shall, within 30 days of the date of our invoice, pay to us the relevant fees for such Additional Users as set out in the Order Form and, if such Additional Users are purchased by you part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).

ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in the Order Form or otherwise agreed in writing (including email) by the parties and WorkInConfidence shall grant access to the Service to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this Master Agreement. 3.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify WorkInConfidence in writing (including email). WorkInConfidence shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request. 3.3 If we approve your request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, you shall, within 30 days of the date of the our invoice, pay to us the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions and, if you purchase such additional User Subscriptions part way through the any Term, such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation for the remainder of the relevant Term.

ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in the Order Form for the additional fees set out in the Order Form and Beekeeper shall grant access to the Services to such additional Authorized Users in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 4.1 The Customer may, from time to time during the Subscription Term and with the consent of iplicit, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number of users set out in 0 at the then prevailing fees set by iplicit in accordance with clause 10.5 and iplicit shall promptly grant access to the Services to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. 4.2 If such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer, such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Subscription Term.
