Additional weekends. For part-time regular nurses, on any consecutive weekend which is not a regularly scheduled weekend for the nurse, provided that a nurse shall not be eligible for premium pay under this provision more frequently than every other weekend. For full-time regular nurses, (1) on any weekend exceeding two weekends worked in any eight-week period consisting of two full cycles, and (2) on any consecutive weekend which is not a regularly scheduled weekend for the nurse, provided that a nurse shall not be eligible for premium pay under this provision more frequently than every other weekend. Nurses who have agreed in writing to work consecutive weekends may withdraw such authorization in writing with two (2) cycles notice. This request will not be unreasonably denied by the manager. b. Additional weekends. The City agrees to allow the Ag Boosters to use the DSRP Event Center for two additional weekend events for a total of four (4) days at 50% discount on facility rental fees.   • Weekends Holidays that fall on weekends will be observed on a day established by the School District.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday. (b) When the employee is scheduled off on a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the employee off the paid holiday. (c) In the event of a scheduling conflict, 12.07 (a) will be the deciding provision.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
