Common use of Additionally Clause in Contracts

Additionally. 2.1.2.1 The intent of this contract is to allow for small or unanticipated purchases and the item is not otherwise available under an existing contract. 2.1.2.2 The limit for a single, one-time purchase or an aggregate purchase of the same item is $3,500. 2.1.2.3 Purchases or invoices should not be split in an attempt to stay under any of the above thresholds.
