Administration of Bank. The District and the Association shall administer the Sick Leave Bank. By committee, the DIstrict shall appoint two () and the Association shall appoint three (3) people to serve as members of the Sick Leave Bank Committee. The Committee shall choose a chairperson. The Sick Leave Bank Committee shall be responsible for approving Sick Leave Bank deposits and withdrawals from the Sick Leave Bank.
Administration of Bank. The building principals and Union building representatives shall jointly maintain the condition of said bank for their respective buildings and distribute said days according to need.

Administration of Bank a) The bank shall be administered by a committee of trustees consisting of two administrators appointed by the Superintendent of Schools and two employees appointed by the Union who shall act upon withdrawals and who may develop rules not inconsistent with this provision or agreement. Withdrawals from the bank shall be limited to employees who are involved in extended illnesses or accidents who have exhausted their sick leave time. The decision of the trustees shall be final and binding; however, any applicant who has been denied bank days shall have the right to appeal for reconsideration to the sick bank committee. b) Each instance of bank use must be approved by a majority of the committee and in the event of a tie, a fifth party, selected by the trustees will render a decision. c) The rules of the bank are affixed to this agreement.
Administration of Bank. The Board of Education shall administer the Sick Leave Bank. The parties hereby agree that a joint committee of not more than three (3) officers of the Association, a principal, and the Superintendent or his/her designee shall form a joint committee to act in an advisory capacity to the Board of Education, to make recommendations to the Board as to those full-time, Bargaining Unit Members ("covered member") who are to be recipients of the sick leave bank allotments. Nothing contained herein shall diminish the authority of the Board of Education to be the final authority, determining body, and administrator of the Sick Leave Bank.
Administration of Bank. Time shall be granted from the Bank only after review of information provided pursuant to subsection B above, by the Superintendent of Schools or her/his designee and the FEDERATION chairperson or her/his designee. EMPLOYEES shall hold the COMMITTEE and the FEDERATION harmless with respect to all good faith decision to grant or to deny the use of sick leave days from the Bank.
Administration of Bank. Time shall be granted by the SLBC only after review of information provided pursuant to Section 19.7.2. Employees shall hold the SLBC harmless with respect to all good faith decisions to grant or to deny the use of days of Sick Leave from the Bank.

  • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.

  • Administration of the Bank a. The Committee maintains records of employees participating, receives requests, verifies validity, approves, and communicates actions to members and to the District. b. Decisions will be final and made in writing to the applicant within ten (10) working days of the application to the Committee. c. All requests and actions by the Committee will be confidential. d. The District will keep records and notify the Committee monthly of new members and days remaining in the Bank. e. If the Catastrophic Leave Program is discontinued, the Committee will continue to administer Catastrophic Leave days until the days in the Bank are exhausted. f. In order to protect someone from being charged an extra day when not necessary, the Committee shall set the maximum number of days in the bank after the first year of experience. If the number of days accumulated exceeds the maximum number of days, no contributions will be assessed except for new members wishing to join the bank.

  • Administration of the Plan Subject to the final authority of the Board, the administration of the plan shall be vested in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department shall keep a record of the credits and deductions for each employee and shall provide a statement in hours to each employee annually of the state of their credit under the plan.
