Administration of Contract Contractor.
7.1 Contractor’s Administration A listing of all of Contractor’s Administration referenced in the following paragraphs is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor will notify the County in writing of any changes as they occur.

7.1.1 Signature Authority shall notify SELACO WDB's Contract Manager in writing of any change in the name or address of Contractor's Program Manager.
7.1.2 Contractor's Program Manager shall be responsible for supervising Case Manager and Contractor's day-to-day activities and act as POC for monitoring as related to this Contract and shall coordinate with SELACO WDB’s Contract and Compliance Manager, and SELACO WDB’s MIS Analyst on a regular basis.
7.1.3 Contractor’s Case Manager shall be responsible for the outreach, enrollment, personal enrichment training, assessments, monthly reports, data entry and maintaining all the required documents of participant files.
Administration of Contract Contractor.
5.1.1 The Contractor Project Manager, as identified in Exhibit D - Contractor's Administration, will be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and will meet and coordinate with LACAHSA Project Manager on a regular basis.
5.1.2 Contractor will notify LACAHSA in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor Project Manager.
