Administrative Coverage Clause Samples

The Administrative Coverage clause defines the scope and responsibilities of administrative support or services provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which administrative tasks—such as record-keeping, reporting, or compliance monitoring—are included, and may specify the parties responsible for these functions. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity regarding administrative obligations, thereby preventing misunderstandings and gaps in essential support services during the contract term.
