Common use of Administrative Support Clause in Contracts

Administrative Support. Since the bargaining unit member's authority and effectiveness in his classroom is undermined when students discover that there is insufficient administrative backing and support of the bargaining unit member, the Board recognizes its responsibility to give all reasonable support and assistance to bargaining unit members with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom.
