Common use of Advanced Payments Clause in Contracts

Advanced Payments. KHA, in its sole discretion, may make an advance payment to the Contractor up to and not to exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the Maximum Indebtedness. Contractor may request an advance payment for the Program in writing by certifying that such advance payment is necessary to commence providing the Services. The advance payment shall be recouped from the Contractor's first request for reimbursement and no other payments shall be made to the Contractor until the advance payment has been repaid in full.

Advanced Payments.
