Aeroplane Flight Manual Approval Procedure. The AFM will be processed under the applicable EASA certification procedures. The EASA will review the relevant DAC/CTA AFM, including any Supplements or Appendices. The EASA will provide comments on the content to Embraer and the DAC/CTA. Embraer will collate the comments and produce EASA AFM pages where relevant. A complete EASA AFM (DAC/CTA AFM amended with the relevant EASA AFM pages) will then be submitted to the EASA for further review. When EASA is satisfied that this AFM meets the specific EASA requirements, it will request the DAC/CTA to sign approval on behalf of EASA.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Protocol The attached Protocol shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
