AFTER REGULAR HOURS. Landlord shall furnish Tenant with a key to the Building entrance and exit doors. Landlord reserves the right to close and keep locked all entrance and exit doors and otherwise regulate access of all persons to the halls, corridors, elevators, and stairways in the Building on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, and on other days before and after the regular hours that the Building is open. After regular Building hours, access to the Premises may be refuse unless the person seeking access has a pass or is known or otherwise properly identified to the person then in charge of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for all persons for whom it requests passes and shall be liable to Landlord for all acts of such persons. Landlord may require any person to register as a condition of access to the Building. Landlord shall in no case be liable damages for any error with regard to the admission or exclusion of any person from the Building.

Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
