Aggregated Statistical Information Clause Samples

The Aggregated Statistical Information clause defines how parties may use data that has been combined and anonymized so that it no longer identifies individuals or specific entities. Typically, this clause allows one or both parties to collect, analyze, and share statistical data derived from the use of a service or product, provided that such data is aggregated and stripped of personal or confidential information.
