Aggregates. 12.1 The Coverholder shall record and monitor the aggregate exposures as defined in the Schedule; 12.2 The Coverholder shall advise the Underwriters of the aggregate exposures at the intervals stated in the Schedule; 12.3 The Coverholder shall not bind total aggregate limits in excess of the amounts stated in the Schedule.
