AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this 20th day of August, 1991 by and between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Association of Classroom teachers, hereinafter termed the “Association” and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 20 of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the “Board”; and pursuant to Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 509.1 – 509.10, the following items (articles, procedures, etc.) are hereby agreed upon by both parties. GOOD FAITH CLAUSE Each party herein shall negotiate in good faith and further assure that a free and open exchange of views based upon mutual understanding, concern, and cooperation occurs. AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This agreement is made and entered into this 10th day of July, 1986 by and between the Tahlequah Education Association, hereinafter termed the "Association" and the Tahlequah School Board of Education of Independent School District Number 35 of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, hereinafter termed the "Board": and pursuant to Title 70 of Oklahoma Statutes, section 509.1 - 509.10, the parties agree as follows:

AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This is the entire agreement. The conditions, requirements, and stipulations enumerated in this Agreement constitute the complete and sole contract between the Board and the Association. No other conditions, stipulations, past practice or requirements (either verbal or written) will be recognized unless mutually agreed upon in writing or required under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4117.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. 7 This Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the full and complete Agreement 8 between the Board and the Federation and this Agreement shall supersede any rules, 9 regulations, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or 10 inconsistent with its terms. Any Memoranda of Understanding between the parties 11 executed prior to the effective date of this Agreement are no longer in effect, unless they 12 have a specific expiration date during the term of this Agreement. 13

AGREEMENT CLAUSE. The articles contained herein and the appendices attached hereto constitute the bilateral and binding agreement (Agreement) by and between the San Diego Unified School District (District) and the San Diego Schools Police Officers’ Association (Association), an employee organization representing the School Police Services Unit.
AGREEMENT CLAUSE. The Company hereby declares that any Order made by the PIC Contact to PT MONOTARO INDONESIA (hereinafter referred to as "MID") legally binding the Company and the Company agrees to be responsible for any matters arising from such transaction.
