Agreement to Sublease Clause Samples

Agreement to Sublease. Operator agrees to sublease the Aircraft to Time Share Lessees on an “as needed and as available” basis, and to provide a fully qualified flight crew for all flights of each Time Share Lessee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Agreement to Sublease. Sublandlord subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant subleases from Sublandlord, approximately 20,641 square feet of Premises Rentable Area (the "Subleased Premises Rentable Area") located on the third (3rd) floor of the Building and consisting of the entire Base Lease Premises (the "Subleased Premises") in accordance with and subject to the Base Lease and the terms, conditions and provisions of this Sublease. A floor plan depicting the Subleased Premises is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."

Agreement to Sublease. Subject to satisfaction of the applicable conditions contained in Section 2.3 below, Sublessor hereby agrees to tender delivery of the Aircraft on the Delivery Date and simultaneously to sublease to Sublessee hereunder, and subject to satisfaction of the applicable conditions contained in Section 2.2 below, Sublessee hereby agrees to accept such delivery and to Sublease from Sublessor hereunder the Aircraft. By execution and delivery of the Sublease Supplement regarding the Aircraft, (i) Sublessor and Sublessee shall each confirm the satisfaction of the conditions contained in Section 2.3 and 2.2, respectively, below and (ii) Sublessee shall confirm to Sublessor that Sublessee has irrevocably accepted the Aircraft for all purposes hereof. Sublessee shall inspect the Aircraft on or prior to the Delivery Date and will become knowledgeable as to its operating condition.

Agreement to Sublease. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Sublease and to Landlord’s written consent, Sublessor hereby subleases to Sublessee and Sublessee subleases and hires from Sublessor the Subleased Premises.

Agreement to Sublease. Sublessor hereby subleases the Premises to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby subleases the premises from Sublessor, subject to the terms and conditions of this Sublease.

Agreement to Sublease. Sublessor subleases to Sublessee, and Sublessee --------------------- sublease from Sublessor, approximately 10,340 square feet of Premises Rentable Area as measured in accordance with the Measurement Method (the "Subleased Premises Rentable Area") located on the second (2nd ) and third (3rd ) floor of the Building (the "Subleased Premises") in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions of this Sublease. A floor plan depicting the Subleased Premises is attached hereto as Exhibit "B."

Agreement to Sublease. This Sublease agreement is subject and subordinate to all of the provisions of the Master Lease. If any terms, conditions, statements or agreements contained in this sublease agreement are incompatible or do not agree with the terms of the Master Lease, the Master Lease shall govern. This sublease is subject to final approval by the County. In consideration of the agreements and covenants contained in this Sublease to be kept and performed by both parties, Sublessor hereby subleases to Sub lessee and Sub lessee hereby subleases from Sublessor the Premises described in section 1.02 of this Sublease.

Agreement to Sublease. ● The Tenant agrees to lease to subtenant and the Subtenant agrees to rent out and use the Property for the Term outlined below. ● The Property will be occupied by the Subtenant only and used only for residential purposes. ● The subtenant is obligated to assume all the responsibilities of the Tenant under the Master Lease for the duration of this Agreement.The Master lease is hereby incorporated for reference.
