The Air Filters clause sets out requirements for the maintenance, replacement, or quality standards of air filters within a property or facility. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for providing and changing air filters—such as the landlord or tenant—and may outline the frequency of replacement or the type of filters to be used. This clause ensures that indoor air quality is maintained and helps prevent disputes over maintenance responsibilities, thereby promoting a healthy environment and reducing potential damage to HVAC systems.

Air Filters. It is understood that employees who work in 3rd Party (Housekeeping) change air filters in the assembly building air supply houses, administration and mezzanine air supply houses, supply air units over oven enclosures, spray booth air supply houses, substation air supplies, oven filters (other than Department 15), weld and grind booth air supply and exhaust, and production welding operations exhaust (such as Torit filters). Employees assigned to booth cleaning functions are assigned to change final mat dispersion air filters in prep booths, spray booths, vestibules, flash tunnels and oven filters (these filters are within the physical confinements of the Paint Department (15). This understanding does not effect any air filter changes currently being made by skilled trades employees. Production Department employees are not assigned to change air filters.
Air Filters. The Contractor removes all old air filters on each clarifier vacuum blower system and disposes of them according to the Employer’s waste management procedure.  The Contractor supplies and installs new air filters on each clarifier vacuum blower system including new gaskets, reducers, extensions, gaskets, spacers, brackets, bolts, nuts and washers etc., where required.  The Contractor supplies the relevant datasheets, conformance certificate, final inspection reports and safety clearance certificates.  Specifications:
Air Filters. Replace all filtration media immediately at the conclusion of the job.
Air Filters. Resident agrees to change filters in the heating and air conditioning systems as provided in the Resident Benefits Package every three (3) months or as required. While Landlord agrees to maintain the heating and cooling systems and to provide for significant repairs, any repairs caused by dirty filters because of Resident’s neglect will be the responsibility of the Resident. Further instruction and requirements are outlined in the attached Resident Benefits Package Addendum.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.
