Alcohol Testing Procedures. Alcohol testing shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio to detect drivers operating a motor vehicle under the influence. A positive result of .02% or more shall entitle the Employer to proceed with sanctions as set forth in the policy and in compliance with Section 11.4.
