Allocation Period. 5 A. The allocation period of this Agreement shall commence and terminate as specified on Page 3 of 6 this Agreement, unless otherwise sooner terminated as provided elsewhere in this Agreement; provided, 7 however, the parties shall continue to be obligated to comply with the requirements and perform such 8 duties specified in this Agreement. Such duties include, but are not limited to, obligations with respect to 9 claims processing, reimbursement, confidentiality, indemnification, audits, accounting, and data reporting. 10 B. Any administrative duty or obligation to be performed pursuant to this Agreement on a weekend 11 or holiday may be performed on the next regular business day. 12
Allocation Period. The term “Allocation Period” means a period of 12 consecutive months or less for which (a) an Employer contribution is made and allocated under the terms of the Plan; (b) Forfeitures are allocated under the terms of the Plan; and/or (c) earnings and losses are allocated under the terms of the Plan.
Allocation Period. “Allocation Period” shall mean the period beginning on the day following an Allocation Date (or on the first day of the first Plan Year, in the case of the first Allocation Period) and ending on the immediately succeeding Allocation Date.
Allocation Period. The Borrower shall allocate each Tranche/Sub-tranche to the Project/relevant Component under the Project within twelve (12) months after the relevant Disbursement Date (hereinafter, the “Allocation Period”), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the CEB. If a Tranche/Sub-tranche disbursed by the CEB is not allocated to the Project/relevant Component under the Project or is only partially allocated to it within the Allocation Period, the Borrower shall proceed with prepayment of the unallocated amounts on the next Interest Payment Date in the terms provided under Sub-clause 4.7. If: (i) the eligible Sub-project costs are substantially reduced to the extent that the funds provided by the CEB for the relevant Sub-loan exceed fifty per cent (50%) of the eligible Sub-project costs; (ii) a Sub-project is found to be ineligible or in breach of the undertakings specified under Sub-clause 5.4; or (iii) a Sub-loan, in whole or in part, is, voluntarily or otherwise, cancelled or prepaid by a Final Borrower, a corresponding part of the Loan shall be allocated by the Borrower to other Sub-loans to the extent possible given the residual maturity of the corresponding Tranche. In the case of re-allocation, the CEB reserves the right to request from the Borrower a report on such re-allocation of funds.

If a Tranche disbursed by the CEB is not allocated to the Project or is only partially allocated to it within the Allocation Period, the Borrower shall reimburse the unallocated amounts to the CEB in accordance with Sub-clause 4.7.
Allocation Period. The Borrower shall allocate each Tranche to the ProJect within the period comprised between 2016 and 2021 (the "Alfocation Period"). lf a Tranche d1sbursed by the CEB is not allocated to the Project or is only part1ally allocated to it wíthin the Allocatíon Period, the Borrower shalf re1mburse the unallocated amounts to the CEB in accordance with Sub-clause 4.7.

  • VALUATION PERIOD Each Division will be valued at the end of each Valuation Period on a Valuation Date. A Valuation Period is each Business Day together with any non-Business Days before it. A Business Day is any day the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is open for trading, and the SEC requires mutual funds, unit investment trusts, or other investment portfolios to value their securities. ACCUMULATION VALUE The Accumulation Value of this Contract is the sum of the amounts in each of the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account. You select the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account to which to allocate the Accumulation Value. The maximum number of Divisions to which the Accumulation Value may be allocated at any one time is shown in the Schedule. ACCUMULATION VALUE IN EACH DIVISION ON THE CONTRACT DATE On the Contract Date, the Accumulation Value is allocated to each Division as elected by you, subject to certain terms and conditions imposed by us. We reserve the right to allocate premium to the Specially Designated Division during any Right to Examine contract period. After such time, allocation will be made proportionately in accordance with the initial allocation(s) as elected by you. ON EACH VALUATION DATE At the end of each subsequent Valuation Period, the amount of Accumulation Value in each Division will be calculated as follows:

  • Election Period The period which begins on the first day of the Plan Year in which the Participant attains age thirty-five (35) and ends on the date of the Participant’s death. If a Participant separates from Service prior to the first day of the Plan Year in which age thirty-five (35) is attained, the Election Period shall begin on the date of separation, with respect to the account balance as of the date of separation.

  • Termination Period This Option shall be exercisable for three (3) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Participant’s death or Disability, in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 13 of the Plan.

  • Allocations During the Early Amortization Period During the Early Amortization Period, an amount equal to the product of (A) the Principal Allocation Percentage and (B) the Series 1997-1 Allocation Percentage and (C) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account on such Deposit Date, shall be allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders and retained in the Collection Account until applied as provided herein; provided, however, that after the date on which an amount of such Collections equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount has been deposited into the Collection Account and allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders, such amount shall be first, if any other Principal Sharing Series is outstanding and in its amortization period or accumulation period, retained in the Collection Account for application, to the extent necessary, as Shared Principal Collections on the related Distribution Date, and second paid to the Holders of the Transferor Certificates only if the Transferor Amount on such date is greater than the Required Transferor Amount (after giving effect to all Principal Receivables transferred to the Trust on such day) and otherwise shall be deposited in the Special Funding Account.
