Allowances Over and Above Basic Salary Scale for Responsibility. All allowances are in addition to the individual’s placement on the Basic Salary Scale according to his/her own category and experience. Advertisement for positions of responsibility will include the term of the appointment, plus a description of the necessary qualifications and experience for each position.
