Allowed Uses. By accepting this Agreement, Licensee is granted the following rights and uses: 3.1 The Licensee may include the Product in creation of one single game title (hereinafter referred to as "the End Product") for not more than 50 thousand copies. If the game title is distributed as shareware (free participation of users), no restrictions in number of copies apply. The licence does not apply for Second Life. 3.2 The Licensee can copyright the End Product as long as it is uniquely different from the Product, and as long as the Product can't be extracted from the End Product. 3.3 The Licensee may use the Product to create any 2D rendered image or animation, as well as 3d games in real-time renderings for personal or commercial use. 3.4 The Licensee can modify or manipulate the Product. The Licensee can combine the Product with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

Allowed Uses. The provisions of this Agricultural Land Easement Deed and associated exhibits will not be interpreted to restrict the types of agricultural operations that can function on the [Insert Defined Term for Parcel], so long as the agricultural operations are consistent with the Agricultural Land Easement Plan required by Section [#] Paragraph [#]. [The preceding sentence should be struck for ALE grassland enrollments.] Permitted uses of the [Insert Defined Term for Parcel] include, the specific uses permitted in Section I Paragraph ([#]) (C) (i)-(vii) and the following activities, subject to the qualifications stated below:

Allowed Uses. Licensee may use the Font to create graphics on any surface, such as computer screens, paper, physical products, or any other surface. The created graphics may be a fixed size (e.g. JPG, PNG, etc.) or a static vector (e.g. SVG, EPS, etc.). Licensee may embed or link the Font in a document (in accordance with the rules described in Section 6a, “Document Embedding”).

Allowed Uses. NMSU acknowledges that any current Foundation use of NMSU Identity is acceptable. Upon determining a need for the Foundation (or third party authorized by the Foundation) to discontinue or modify a general or particular use of NMSU Identity use, NMSU must: a. notify the Foundation; and b. attempt in good faith to resolve any issue concerning that use.

Allowed Uses. Uses identified in Chapters 130.21 (Agricultural, Rural Lands, and Resources Zones) through 130.25 (Special Purpose Zones), inclusive, as allowed by right, shown as “P” in the matrices. Allowed Uses include Accessory Structures and Uses, as defined in Section 130.40.030 (Accessory Structures and Uses).

Allowed Uses. 4.3.1 Exhibit C establishes the design standards for the Subject Property. 4.3.2 Notwithstanding Section 4.2.4 and Section 4.2.S, the maximum number of RDUs permitted on the Subject Property shall be limited by the existing or reasonably planned capacity of: a. Culinary water facilities and services; b. Sanitary sewer facilities and services; c. Fire protection facilities and services; and d. Storm drainage and flood control facilities and services. 4.3.3 The determination of available, or planned, capacity for each item contained in Section 4.3.4 shall be made by the applicable Authority, as defined herein, and in consultation with the Owner and the service provider, as applicable, and based on level of service standards as established by Federal, State, or local agencies, as applicable. 4.3.4 Except for Section 4.3.2 and Section 4.3.3 and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws found necessary to protect the public health and safety, nothing in this Development Agreement shall be interpreted to modify or limit the density and use entitlements provided by Section 4.2.3 and Section 4.2.5.

Allowed Uses. Notwithstanding any limitations contained within the mixed- use provisions of VMC Title 20, the permitted uses for each LUA shall be those uses that are permitted for each type of LUA specified in section 6.1, as of the Application Date, as modified by this Restated DA and Exhibit C. If the Town Center Plan approved uses are unique in any way, a list of such Town Center Plan-specific uses (which shall modify Exhibit C) shall become Exhibit C-1 and shall be vested upon approval.

Allowed Uses. Licensee may embed the Font into an unlimited number of copies, format types, and subsequent versions of Ebooks. Licensee may modify or convert the Font to improve the font's appearance or performance in an Ebook.

Allowed Uses. You may use the free fonts to create objects, such as logos and other elements of a brand identity; business and greeting cards, postcards, postage stamps and other stationery materials; books, magazines, newspapers, newsprint and other printed and editorial materials; envelopes and package design; wallpaper prints; infographics; any vector graphics and any office supplies; You may use the free fonts to create images on any surface, such as paper, computer screens, web pages, photographs and visuals, movie credits, printed material, T-shirts and textile, and other surfaces where the image has a fixed size. You may use the free fonts to create vector files or other scalable drawings (AI, EPS, PDF etc.), as well as static images (JPEG, TIFF, PNG etc.), even if these images are used on the web or in a mobile app. You may use the free fonts to create Web Apps, Mobile Apps, Windows Apps, Linux Apps, OS X Apps, Android Apps, etc. and may have no limitation to distribute your apps. You may use the free fonts as web-fonts with @font-face declaration to create web sites, web templates, etc. You may use the free fonts to create any files for ePub, such as PDF, WP templates, e-books, website templates, mobile apps, etc. for any kind of devices including Kindles, iPads or other eReaders amids others. You may use the free fonts to create any type of video content, distributed via streaming services, TV advertising, Broadcasting or social media.
