Alternate Format Materials. By September 30, 2015, and for the life of this Agreement, the Center will ensure all of its printed and posted client publications and forms are readily available in accessible formats, including large print. By that date, the Center will also post prominently on its website a notice for how people with disabilities may request alternate format materials, as needed.
Alternate Format Materials. The Proposed Plan will set out a list of standard client- facing documents that DVR will make available in alternate formats including large print, screen reader-accessible electronic formats, and Braille. The Proposed Plan will state in which alternate formats these standard documents will be available and timelines for making such alternate formats available. The Proposed Plan will specify how DVR will inform current and prospective clients of their right to request alternate format materials, as needed, and indicate that case deadlines will be stayed and extended, within the limits of DVR’s available discretion under law, while necessary materials are being converted to the individual’s alternate format.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student.   • Heavy Materials An Employee shall not be required to lift a building materials in excess of 20 kg in weight unless such Employee is provided with a mechanical aid or with an assisting Employee; provided that an Employee shall not to manually lift any building materials in excess of 20 kg weight to a height of more than 4 feet (1.2m) above the working platform.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
