Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures. 1) An employee alleging sexual harassment who has timely filed a grievance may elect to substitute a campus/hospital/laboratory SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE FOR STEP 1 of the Grievance Procedure.
