Ammunition Build Standard. Ammunition Build Standard shall be managed in accordance with DefStan 05-057 - Configuration Management and shall be agreed in accordance with the corresponding Technical Data Pack (TDP), which shall be issued to the Authority no later than 30 business days after the Contract Effective Date. The Contractor shall comply with the following Defence Standards and is to include but not be limited to include all criteria as listed at Annex A to Schedule 9 (Technical Data Pack Requirements NSPLW Ammunition Suite). ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 99 - 31 Charcoal, Wood for Explosives and Pyrotechnics Types: A, D, F, G and J ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 07 - 085 Design Requirements for Weapons and Associated Systems ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 13 - 096 Lotting and Batching of Ammunition - General Requirements The Ammunition Build Standard(s) for all Contractor Deliverables shall be agreed to be as per the TDP that the Contractor supplies to the Authority no later than 30 business days after Contract Effective Date. The Contractor shall be responsible for informing the Authority if the Ammunition Build Standard is altered in accordance with Section 4 to Schedule 9 – Changes to Build Standard.
Ammunition Build Standard. The contractor shall provide a Technical Data Pack (TDP) which defines the Ammunition, packaging and palletisation build standard, and issued to the authority no later than 30 working days prior to the first delivery. The TDP shall be managed in accordance with ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 05-057 - Configuration Management adhering to but not be limited to include all criteria as listed at Appendix 1 of this Annex : Please see separate document It shall be considered that the Ammunition Build Standard(s) that apply to the ammunition delivered under the scope of this Contract shall be as per ANNEX B. The Contractor shall be responsible for informing the Authority if the Ammunition Build Standard is altered in accordance with Section 4Changes to Build Standard.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Force Majeure If by reason of Force Majeure, either party hereto shall be rendered unable wholly or in part to carry out its obligations under this Agreement through no fault of its own then such party shall give notice and full particulars of Force Majeure in writing to the other party within a reasonable time after occurrence of the event or cause relied upon. Upon delivering such notice, the obligation of the affected party, so far as it is affected by such Force Majeure as described, shall be suspended during the continuance of the inability then claimed but for no longer period, and such party shall endeavor to remove or overcome such inability with all reasonable dispatch. In the event that Vendor’s obligations are suspended by reason of Force Majeure, all TIPS Sales accepted prior to the Force Majeure event shall be the legal responsibility of Vendor and the terms of the TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall control Vendor’s failure to fulfill for a Force Majeure event.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Limitation of Liability No provision hereof, in the absence of any affirmative action by the Holder to exercise this Warrant to purchase Warrant Shares, and no enumeration herein of the rights or privileges of the Holder, shall give rise to any liability of the Holder for the purchase price of any Common Stock or as a stockholder of the Company, whether such liability is asserted by the Company or by creditors of the Company.
