Common use of ANNEXURE-I Clause in Contracts

ANNEXURE-I. “Subject to the provisions of the Loan Documents, the Borrower(s) shall repay/pay the Loan(s), as per the Payment/ Repayment Schedule mentioned herein below or in accordance with such Payment/ Repayment Schedule, as may be specified/ communicated by the Lender from time to time.”
