FIRST SCHEDULE Sample Clauses
The First Schedule is an annexed section of a contract or legal document that provides supplementary details, lists, or specific terms referenced in the main body of the agreement. It typically contains information such as definitions, itemized lists, technical specifications, or other particulars that are too detailed to include in the main text. By organizing this information separately, the First Schedule helps keep the main agreement concise while ensuring all necessary details are clearly documented and easily accessible, thereby reducing ambiguity and supporting the effective implementation of the contract.
