Annual Amount. Twelve (12) days of sick leave credit shall be granted to full-time regular unit members employed for the full regular school year on July 1st of every year. Sick leave for part-time unit members shall be prorated. Unused sick leave shall be accumulated without limitation.

Annual Amount. The "Annual Amount" shall be calculated so that the present value of the fifteen (15) equal payments of the Annual Amount, when discounted at 7 percent (or such other percent as may be determined by the Board of Directors of Elco Industries, Inc., in its sole discretion) per annum, is equal to the balance of the Executive's Account as defined in Section 1.1 on the Retirement Payment Commencement Date.

Annual Amount. Employee shall be paid a bonus equal to five percent (5%) of the combined pretax profits of DBCI for each fiscal year of DBCI, or portion thereof, during which Employee is employed under this Agreement. "Pretax profits" shall be calculated and determined as provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 7. In no event shall the bonus, if any, due Employee under this Section 7 exceed an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the annual base salary paid to Employee in the fiscal year of DBCI with respect to which the bonus is calculated.

Unit members paid on an hourly basis are eligible for sick leave, in which case it shall be accrued and charged on the basis of one hour of sick leave for every 18 hours of work. Sick leave for part-time unit members paid on the Contract Teachers Salary Schedule shall be accrued and charged at a daily rate proportional to that which their salary bears to full salary at the applicable step of said schedule. Unused sick leave shall be accumulated without limitation.

Annual Amount. Canada agrees to purchase from ENMAX, and ENMAX agrees to cause to be generated for EC’s use, Green Power in an Annual Amount equal to EC’s total electricity consumption in facilities owned or leased in Alberta. The Annual Amount is to be determined in a manner described in Annex 'A', but in no event after 1997 be less than 1,800,000 kWh nor greater than 2,200,000 kWh for any full Year of the Agreement. The Green Power delivered onto the Interconnected Electric System under this Agreement shall be attributed, in whole, to the use of EC facilities. When Green Power is purchased for a portion of a Year, the Annual Amount shall be prorated to that period of time.

Annual Amount. The Project Companies shall in the aggregate pay an amount payable annually (the "Annual Amount") to the Government (calculated, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars) on the first Business Day of April of each calendar year from and including 2010 for the development of the mineral base of the Kyrgyz Republic equal to 4% of Gross Proceeds in the previous calendar year. The amount of the Annual Amount shall be decreased, on a dollar- for-dollar basis, by the amount of documented Capital and Exploration Expenditures incurred by Centerra or its Controlled Affiliates in the previous calendar year for exploration, acquisition or development of existing or new mineral reserves and resources in the Kyrgyz Republic (including the Expanded Concession Area) intended to be added to Centerra's mineral reserves and resources. Capital and Exploration Expenditures incurred by Centerra or its Controlled Affiliates in any calendar year in excess of the Annual Amount shall be carried forward and credited against the Annual Amount payable for future periods. The Parties agree, and the Restated Project Agreements shall provide, that if upon the termination of this Agreement on New Terms or any of the Restated Project Agreements, Capital and Exploration Expenditures incurred by Centerra or its Controlled Affiliates and creditable against payment of the Annual Amount exceed the amount of the Annual Amount outstanding and payable by the Project Companies at such time or for such period, such excess shall not be refundable in full or in part.
