Annual Performance Evaluation. A. MVEMSA will evaluate the performance of the ambulance provider annually through the Emergency Medical Services Committee (EMSC) or a committee designated by the MVEMSA Executive Director. Contractor shall produce an annual performance report as required by the MVEMSA Executive Director, which at a minimum, shall include the following in the performance evaluation:
