Post Retirement. Survivor Allowance to Continue after Remarriage as provided in Section 21635 (July 18, 1986).
Post Retirement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ retirees shall be allowed to continue to participate in the District’s certified health insurance plan after retirement by paying the full premium amount in accordance with Minn. Stat. §471.61, as amended.

Section 5.10.2.4.1 The District assumes no responsibility for the pension impact of post-retirement employment; rather, retirees themselves are solely responsible for compliance with post-retirement conditions (e.g. break-in service requirements and work hour limitations) under applicable retirement statutes and regulations.

Unit members who have retired from the District and entered the Public Employee’s Retirement System (“CalPERS”) may participate in the District’s benefit program, along with their eligible dependents, at the unit member’s sole cost so long as permitted by the District’s JPA/Providers.

(c) Employees hired after September 30, 1999 shall not be eligible for the Post Retirement Benefit Pre-Funding Plan.
