Grievance Defined Sample Clauses
The "Grievance Defined" clause establishes what constitutes a grievance within the context of an agreement or workplace policy. It typically outlines the types of complaints or disputes that employees or parties may formally raise, such as issues related to working conditions, contract interpretation, or disciplinary actions. By clearly specifying what matters can be addressed through the grievance process, this clause ensures that all parties understand the scope of issues eligible for resolution, thereby promoting transparency and preventing misunderstandings about the process.
