Annual Seniority List Sample Clauses

Typically, this list is updated annually and made available to all relevant staff, ensuring that seniority is determined in a transparent and consistent manner. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and authoritative reference for decisions related to promotions, transfers, layoffs, or other employment actions where seniority is a determining factor, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring fairness.
