APNIC has the right to reinstate the membership of the members of the NIR Member, as members of APNIC, provided that such members enter into a Membership Agreement with APNIC; and
APNIC recognizes the importance of National Internet Registries as APNIC’s partners in contributing to the sustainable growth of the Internet in the APNIC service region, and fostering the interests of the global Internet community.
APNIC recognizes the NIR Member as a Member of APNIC, as well as the National Internet Registry for the country or economy listed in this agreement. APNIC and the NIR Member enter into this agreement to record the cooperative nature of their relationship.
APNIC. WIDE Project and JPRS (each a Party and collectively the Parties) perform critical roles within their own communities which support the growth of an open, secure and stable Internet, and share an interest in promoting the further development, deployment and operation of DNS services.
APNIC. Foundation will supervise and monitor the technical and financial aspects of the Project work conducted by the Recipient including any research, development and implementation work required to perform the Project. APNIC Foundation reserves the right to designate a new contact for the Recipient to communicate with in relation to the terms of this Agreement without amending this Agreement.
APNIC. Foundation Limited, a not-for-profit organisation located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (APNIC Foundation), (each a Party and together the Parties).
APNIC. Pty Ltd (‘APNIC’) is a non-profit proprietary limited company incorporated under Australian law.
APNIC. Foundation will, in its absolute discretion, determine whether the Recipient has satisfied the Project Objectives to a reasonable standard according to the approved Project Proposal and reporting requirements. Unless such a determination is given by APNIC Foundation, the Project will be considered incomplete, the Recipient will not be entitled to receive the balance of the Project Funds, and will be required to return any unspent and unaccounted funds.
